Health is our greatest strength - Part 5

Jason suggested that Dave should be taken to his diet and fitness center so that he could focus clearly on losing weight and that his mom won't be able to influence him. However, when Dave spoke to his mom, she was angry and wanted Dave to cut off contact with his “new friends “.  Tom and Jason told that the problem in hand was Dave's mom and what they heard from his step dad. Dave was so pissed at his mom. He also thought back about how she encouraged him to consume fast food and bought such food herself when Dave was not expecting to eat any food.  Dave said that he understood that his mother was at fault and that he needed help from both Jason and Tom. They suggested that Dave stay away from his mom until his recovery. Dave agreed and decided to move to  Jason's center. His mom decided to contact him and even made multiple attempts to personally visit her son but every effort was in vain.  In a span of two years, Dave became fit and had a great pair of muscles. Health is our greatest strength - Part 4

Both Jason and Tom  decided to do a follow-up check on Dave. They found that Dave had lost weight but not as expected. In enquiring, they found out that Dave's mom used to visit him frequently and offer him a bonus pack of burgers and fries. As Dave tried to tell his mom about how he shouldn't eat those, she would emotionally break down and tell him how the food would go into waste and how she lovingly spent such money for her baby boy.  Jason and Tom spoke to Dave's mom. She was not happy with Dave losing weight. On enquiring the reason, Dave's step father wished to speak to Tom and Jason secretly. He told them how his mom was after his dad's money and how she wanted to inherit the money. She wanted Dave to die in order to get her hands on it. Jason and Tom were shocked.  Once she left, Jason asked how Dave began putting weight. He said that his mom used to feed him burgers and fries since childhood. He fell in love with those and his mom never fussed about it. She...

Health is our greatest strength - Part 3

Jason was happy with the results of his diet and workout. He decided to collaborate with Tom and help out people fighting obesity and health issues. He wanted to help and motivate them into losing weight, staying fit and eating healthy so that they could have a normal life just like other people.  They succeeded in their mission for a few months but little did they know that they were about to face a challenging case. Jason and Tom received a frantic call from someone named Dave. Dave was morbidly obese and found it tough to carry out his routine. He needed assistance in everything. Tom and Jason decided to meet Dave and discuss the urgent issue in hand. Dave told them about his health issues and how tough it was for his brother to take care of him for his every need. The issue here was food addiction. Yes, Dave was addicted to fast food, especially burgers and fries. He used to eat burgers and fries many times a day and only felt satisfied after he ate twelve burgers and fifteen p...

Health is our greatest strength - Part 2

Jason finally succeeded in finding a dietician who is in fact a trainer as well. It was his best buddy, Tom. Tom was his roommate back in the university days. They used to hang out together. Tom used to advise Jason about the importance of staying fit and healthy but he used to ignore Tom. Tom had recently opened up his own diet and workout center in the city. Hence, Jason thought that Tom would be the ideal person to help him out.  On hearing Jason's decision, Tom decided that he would personally train Jason and help him retain his fitness. Jason was supposed to visit Tom's workout center everyday to continue working out. Jason began sticking to the diet prescribed by Tom and also continued the workout routine. Within a span of a few months, Jason began to lose weight and his body became fir day by day.  The people who made fun of Jason began admiring his dedication and praised him for his commitment. The company also grew and made record breaking profit for the year! End of ...

Health is our greatest strength - Part 1

Staying fit and healthy should be one of the most important concerns everyone should have in their life. To do so, we should focus on our diet and workout plan. Avoid having unhealthy, sugary and processed food and incorporate leafy greens, legumes and pulses in your diet. A balanced diet could help you take care of your nutrition. Proper exercise is equally important so that the body remains fit and flexible. We should also watch our weight and try to keep it balanced for a healthy life.  Jason, who had just turned 20,  had lost his parents to a car crash recently and was in shock. He was unable to recover from the same as he was too attached to them. He had graduated from college and had plans to work with his dad who was the founder of a popular corporate company.  The only issue he faced was his obesity and habit of stress eating. However, he began feeling less confident as he took up the position of his father. People around him laughed behind him and made fun of him...
