Biggest pain in life - Part 1

No doubt, one of the biggest pains we have to face in life is to see our parents, who were once young and energetic, growing old and turning sick and finally succumbing to death right in front of us. There is nothing more heart-breaking than losing a loved one, that too, when they were too close to you.

Same is the case with Mira who lost her mom in a battle with cancer. Mira had great memories about her mother. She used to take her to school, buy her various things and used to make her childhood fun. Mira also always looked for and needed her mother whenever she was in trouble or was very happy. Such was their strong bond. 

Her mom taught her cycling and even accompanied her to various places. She used to prepare her favorite food whenever Mira was sick or down with fever.  Even when her mother grew old, she was very excited to meet Mira who would be visiting her from the city where she used to work. Her mom would take trouble to go to the market, collect ingredients and even make Mira’s favorite food. 

Mira’s dad knew how deep the bond was between Mira and her mom. He also used to help out his wife in welcoming their daughter who used to visit them quite often. Life was sailing smooth but both Mira’s parents had minor health issues as they were growing old.

Jacob grew up in a torn down house with his parents. He lost his house and parents in a flash flood that jolted the entire nation. He was just 15 years old when such a shocking incident left him devastated.  He roamed around in the nearby town in search of a job, food and shelter.
