Pillar of Strength - Part 1

Katy has been working at a corporate company for some time. It was then she met Sam, the love of her life. Sam was different from other men. He used to communicate very less and most of the time, this used to pose a problem in their relationship. Katy even felt that she was being left out or Sam didn't even love her. However, she was not excited with the relationship. 

Her family were strong believers and church-goers where they met Sam’s parents. They were very happy and impressed and told Katy that Sam was ideal for her as a life partner and she chose well. Her parents, until then, were strongly against dating any random person. Both the parents discussed and decided that their children would get married as they were dating however, Katy was not at all happy with this. She tried to tell her family about the lack of proper communication between her and Sam. 

Sam was not thrilled as well but agreed to the marriage. Katy was shocked on how Sam could react that way as he didn't speak much about his parents decision. Katy decided that she will speak her heart out to Sam just to see how the conversation goes.

Jacob grew up in a torn down house with his parents. He lost his house and parents in a flash flood that jolted the entire nation. He was just 15 years old when such a shocking incident left him devastated.  He roamed around in the nearby town in search of a job, food and shelter.
