Adam was wondering what he would do as he has completed his graduation now. He used to work at the fast food chain nearby and a gas station, part time, so that he could earn money and save it up for completing his education.
The two part time jobs he worked, however, couldn't provide him with enough money to secure his future and life. He decided to apply for jobs and attend interviews while still continuing on his part time jobs. He knew how to work around cars very well as his dad was a mechanic at an auto repair shop. He had also recently graduated in business studies. Hence, he had an idea.
After saving up enough money, he rented out a portion of the factory by the roadside and offered to provide auto related roadside assistance. He came up with a professional website and listed the services he would provide. His dad had a pickup truck with latch and pulleys which was too old to drive around. Adam repaired the vehicle within a span of a few days and decided to officially open up for business. Other than three people who turned up to rectify minor issues, he didn't get much business. However, he decided to take up social media to advertise his business - “Adam’s auto repair and roadside assistance”. Within a week, a swarm of people started contacting him via email, website, phone and also began approaching personally.
Adam had to quit his part time jobs to focus entirely on his blooming business. He had to hire a few people so that they could address multiple customers at the same time. Within a year, he purchased land in the city nearby and began building an exclusive auto repair hub with modern facilities! Again, he seeked the help of social media to advertise his newly expanded business.
