Mr. Goodman said that Jacob was injured and was taking rest in his house. Cassie agreed to visit him. She imagined that she would have to visit a filthy hut and see other filthy people. 

However, what she saw shocked her to the core. She was taken to one of the grandest mansions in the city. She had seen the place in popular magazines. She asked Mr. Goodman whether he was mistaken. He nodded no and walked inside. As they entered the house, they met Jacob wearing a silk gown and resting on the couch. 

Cassie was numb and had no emotions. She asked why he kept quiet when she and her friends mocked him. Jacob just smiled and said how he struggled and worked hard to reach the position he was now. He told that he still continued delivering products and he graduated in business studies by opting for correspondence course from a popular university while still continuing to work in the bakery. 

Cassie had no other option but to walk out of the house quietly. Jacob and Mr. Goodman never saw Cassie again. 

Never judge anyone just by their looks and profession. They might be much more than that.

Jacob grew up in a torn down house with his parents. He lost his house and parents in a flash flood that jolted the entire nation. He was just 15 years old when such a shocking incident left him devastated.  He roamed around in the nearby town in search of a job, food and shelter. Mr. Goodman, a baker who owned a small bakery, used to donate leftover bread to the poor and hungry.
