End of a main chapter in life - Part 1

All of us are blessed and lucky to have a mother in our life. But have you ever thought of people who lost their mother in childhood when they mostly needed love and care of their mother? Of course, it's a tough life ahead for a child to survive without their mother to look out for them, just like that of little Samantha or Sammy as she was lovingly called. 

Sammy lost her mother when she was just five years old. Her father never remarried as he was too depressed and unexpectedly lost his wife to a car crash. Sammy, at that time, always looked for her mother but her father and grandparents diverted her mind. 

Sammy's grandparents from her mom's side were so attached to her that they offered to take care of Sammy while her dad continued focusing on his career so that he could provide a better life to Sammy. They also told him that he was free to visit her whenever he wished to see her. 

Reluctantly, Sammy's father agreed that it was the best decision as Sammy's grandparents could care for her better than him as he was worried about how she would manage being alone at home at such a young age when he was at work. 

As years passed, Sammy came to know about the loss of her mother. However, she was curious to know the details of the incident. Her grandparents were reluctant to share it with her and asked her to enquire more about it to her dad.

Jacob grew up in a torn down house with his parents. He lost his house and parents in a flash flood that jolted the entire nation. He was just 15 years old when such a shocking incident left him devastated.  He roamed around in the nearby town in search of a job, food and shelter.
