Being ambitious and determined - Part 1

Life of May had a lot of ups and downs as her father was abusive towards his mother. Her elder sister Marie, also had to bear the brunt of her father’s cruelties as she wanted to protect her mother at all costs. May used to hide under her bed during her father’s outbursts as she was so scared of him. 

As May was growing up, her mother and sister did everything they could to protect her from the abuse of her father. May always wished to become an actor as she was awestruck and attracted by various movies and TV shows. However, her mother was not interested in her being an actor. Her sister grew up and began working at a corporate company which was a high paying job. However, her sister was saving up for them to buy their own house and move so that they could protect themselves from her abusive father and help their mother get a divorce. 

However, they hid Marie's job from her father so that he wouldn't demand any money other than their mothers. He uses her card for his own personal needs as he spends whatever he earns on entertaining other women. Her father always thought that Marie worked part time and earned very little so that they could barely scrape by every month. Hence, he never bothered to ask for any money from her.

Jacob grew up in a torn down house with his parents. He lost his house and parents in a flash flood that jolted the entire nation. He was just 15 years old when such a shocking incident left him devastated.  He roamed around in the nearby town in search of a job, food and shelter.
