Being kind to others - Part 2

 As Katy followed the lady, she found that she was walking to the neighborhood that was famous for all sorts of bad activities. She was very careful and soon found the lady rushing inside a dilapidated and abandoned building. Katy soon found the lady in one of the rooms where she had found a small girl. 

The lady was shocked to see Katy and asked her why she followed her to this part of the city and that it was very dangerous to stay in the building. Katy asked the lady on how she ended up being here and the lady explained how she was fooled to marry a criminal and how he abandoned her and children and ran away with someone younger. 

The lady admitted that she was begging on the streets for money and was feeding her children so that they eat food at least once a day. Katy told the lady that she was staying alone at her house and she could move in along with her kids. The lady was reluctant but Katy told her that she would help her find a job and she can pay her rent every month and stay as a paying guest. 

The lady's eyes were filled. She thanked Katy and soon moved into Katy's house. Katy helped the lady in finding a job near her workplace. The child started going to school and the baby was being cared for at the workplace of the lady. 

Helping others doesn't mean that no one would help you out in return. Good people in society are needed so that they can help others when they are in trouble or face issues in their life. Everyone needs basic facilities like food, water and shelter for their survival. As fellow humans, it's our duty to make sure that every human has access to all of the basic necessities.

Jacob grew up in a torn down house with his parents. He lost his house and parents in a flash flood that jolted the entire nation. He was just 15 years old when such a shocking incident left him devastated.  He roamed around in the nearby town in search of a job, food and shelter.
