What is passion towards something?

 Many people have goals or aims in life that they long to achieve. Having passion towards some goal is very important and helps in achieving the goal at a quicker pace. Some might make attempts and fail but attempting and never giving up is a quality which is seen in few. Such quality is very good and should be encouraged.

Kay was passionate in cooking and loved to host guests. She fell in love with her mother's cooking and learned almost everything from her mother. Her mother took care of her single-handedly while her father was busy serving for the country. Her mother had started off with a small bakery where she used to bake cakes, cookies and muffins as per the order she used to receive. 

Kay graduated and wanted to open up a family owned restaurant but was not interested in closing her mother's bakery.  She worked as a food delivery associate at nights and worked in the bakery during its open hours for a few years. Years of hard work and sleepless nights followed but Kay's passion kept her going. Her mother was worried for Kay's health as she was working with little rest. 

 She had saved up most of her earnings within a few years and opened a restaurant with an upgraded bakery next door so that her mother could take care of the bakery and she could handle the restaurant. This would enable both of them to overlook both establishments. 

The customers started pouring in as soon as the bakery and restaurant opened. People who shipped from the bakery used to visit the restaurant and vice versa. Soon, the restaurant and bakery became the talk of the town. 

Kay's passion kept her going and working hard to save up money to achieve her dream. Everyone who are determined to achieve certain goal could achieve it with a lot of determination and hardwork.

Jacob grew up in a torn down house with his parents. He lost his house and parents in a flash flood that jolted the entire nation. He was just 15 years old when such a shocking incident left him devastated.  He roamed around in the nearby town in search of a job, food and shelter.
