Mary loved to bake cakes since her childhood. Her mother used to bake cookies, cakes and biscuits and she used to enjoy eating it. However, she learned baking from her mother as she gradually grew up. Times were tough for her as they were financially struggling. Her mother had soon fallen sick and the source of income had stopped. Besides, they were also in need of money for her mother's treatment.
Even though Mary was enrolled in college, she had to take up two part time jobs to support both her and her mother. She used to work as a gardener in a farm and also used to bake cookies, cakes and biscuits just like her mother did and used to sell it in a small bakery run by an elderly lady. Mary managed to graduate while taking care of her mother and her medical expenses. The elderly lady requested Mary to take over her bakery and run it for her as she became a trusted person for the elderly lady.
Mary still continued with her part time job other than managing the bakery. Her responsibilities increased as she found time to bake fresh food early morning, manage the customers in the bakery, deliver the cakes ordered and her part time work in the farm. The farm owner was happy with the hard working attitude of Mary and used to give her vegetables for free other than paying her wages for her work.
