Why is it important to stretch before a workout?

 Lee loved to exercise since his younger days. He always wanted to stay fit and strong so that he could help the people in need. As soon as he graduated, he decided to set up a gym where he could offer best pre workout, best back workouts and various other cardio workouts. Besides, he was also interested in setting up a studio uniquely for learning and teaching martial arts.

As people started to join the gym, he told them to stretch before beginning any workout. He wanted to provide awareness on why is it important to stretch before a workout and the benefits it offers for the body. Some people were of the question on why is it important to workout everyday where he replied that working out everyday helps the body move almost all muscles and this would increase the blood flow throughout the body which would make a person fit, strong and healthy. 

His workout studio soon became the talk of the town as he used to provide awareness about the importance of workouts while helping others do the right workout according to their body. Some people were only interested in working out just to shed their weight. Lee advised them that their motive was good but they should continue working out after weight loss in order to maintain their body fitness.

The above instance tells us how different people consider workouts in different ways. However, we should understand that workouts could indeed help a person stay fit and energetic.

Jacob grew up in a torn down house with his parents. He lost his house and parents in a flash flood that jolted the entire nation.
