Rash driving and the harm it causes - What is rash driving?

 Carlos loved cars, may it be vintage ones or modern machines. He loved speed and knew very well that supercars are very powerful and could attain great speeds within a matter of a few seconds. Even Though this was the case, Carlos loved collecting vintage cars as it gave him the nostalgia of olden days and reminded him of the origin of motor car parts. 

He owned a mechanic shop and used to repair supercars and vintage cars and also used to purchase them when the owners intended to sell the cars. 

Carlos, like usual, decided to go on a drive with his latest Ferrari from the collection. It was a windy day and Carlos had already made plans for the Ferrari ride for a few days. Even though the weather conditions seemed dangerous, Carlos had already made up his mind on going for a drive with his Ferrari. 

He sprung into his Ferrari and sped away from his garage. Unfortunately, the car couldn't gain control over the harsh weather conditions that were growing worse after every minute. Carlos lost visibility and control over his overspending vehicle due to the heavy winds and sand storm forming in front of him. He crashed right into a chain of bollards by the roadside and died instantly. The car turned into wreckage due to the heavy impact of the crash.
