Eating healthy is very important for the body just as workouts are. Taking care of the body means to eat food that is rich in proteins, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and fats. A person's health would depend on the type of food he prefers to eat. If one consumes fast food regularly, his health might be at risk. At the same time, someone who eats food that is healthy and less oily, they would be naturally more healthy as they avoid consuming packaged and oily food.

Cara used to watch weight and consume food depending on its calories. This helped her make the food choices healthy. However, she was so invested in the same that she ended up choosing her career as a nutritionist so that she could help others in making the right food choices.
Cara was not a great fan of machine workouts. However, she loved doing yoga and used to perform yoga when her day had begun. One of her clients was Katy, an obese and overweight woman who struggled hard to lose weight. She booked an appointment with Cara as it was her last resort and most people were reluctant to help Katy.
Cara felt sad and pitiful for Katy as she even struggled to walk into the room. Cara thanked Katy for visiting her as it was essential for the patient to visit the doctor during their first session as per the clinic rules.
Katy's training began and gradually she started shedding kilos. Cara told Katy to also do certain exercises after consulting a workout expert so that Katy could shed her kilos at a quicker pace. Even Though Katy felt that she ate very less, she never complained. In a span of two years, Katy shed a lot of kilos and was healthy and was able to maintain her weight.
