Cal was an orphan and grew up with a lot of siblings. He knew the value of how to share food with others. He was taught about the concept, "sharing is caring".

When he was studying in school, he used to pack some food which he got from school. He used to give food to homeless siblings on the roadside. This tradition continued and Cal slowly skipped having his lunch and packed it well to provide it to the homeless siblings.
One of his teachers, Ms. Patricia noted that Cal packed the food discreetly. She became curious to know why he did so. She saw the same thing, the next day and started observing Cal. She thought that Cal ate the food on the way or used to eat it in his room, back at the orphanage. One day, she decided to find out what Cal did with the food. She followed him quietly and saw him giving the food to the homeless siblings who used to beg for living. Ms. Patricia was teary-eyed and glad that Cal shared his food with the needy.
She spoke to the management about the same and decided to enroll the homeless siblings into the orphanage so that they could eat and study, just like the others. This decision made Cal happy. He met Ms. Patricia and asked her how she knew about the siblings. She told him how happy and proud she was when she saw Cal sharing his food with the needy. Everyone appreciated him for this gesture towards the needy.

The above story tells us the importance of sharing. Sharing doesn't mean only sharing food. Donating money, water, clothes or anything essential is sharing. "Sharing is caring" is true to its word. When someone shares something important with others who are in need, it is a sign that they care for others and believe that they should also be given equal opportunity in the society.
