How to manage a busy schedule?

 Ron was a businessman who worked for a successful company. He was working in the sales department and hence was busy traveling to meet clients and having chats with them regarding the business. Even Though he was working hard, his efforts  were fruitful as he was being rewarded well by a good salary.

Many of his colleagues were curious to know what to say to clients when schedules became too busy. Ron used to mostly get away from clients sif the meetings were not that urgent. He credits everything to great communication skills and communicating to clients by understanding their behavior and by speaking in a pleasing way. 

Possessing great communication skills and knowing how to impress various people is indeed a great skill that could be utilized in different businesses. However, managing a busy schedule is not that easy where most people struggle these days. 

Work is important at the same time we need to spend time with our family as well. Having a great work-life balance could help people in living comfortably. Ron was one such person who knew to have a work-life balance.

The above story tells us how not just Ron but all of us could attain work-life balance. Learning to manage a busy schedule is important and it takes a lot of struggle and adjustments to manage a busy schedule and find time to spend with family, take small trips and make memories.

Jacob grew up in a torn down house with his parents. He lost his house and parents in a flash flood that jolted the entire nation. He was just 15 years old when such a shocking incident left him devastated.  He roamed around in the nearby town in search of a job, food and shelter.
