Define Patience

 Maria had most of the good qualities in her. She used to help others, was kind towards the society and visited orphanages during weekends to teach students as she belonged to the same orphanage.

She was a teacher working in a prestigious school. Her hard work had helped her secure the job she had in the school. 

Two of her colleagues hated her as she was one of the most loved teachers in the school. They wanted to teach her a lesson and made plans on getting her expelled from her job. 

Once during a staff meeting, two of the teachers accused her of having a relationship with one of the teachers in the school. When the principal asked for proof, they submitted fake message exchanges that were supposedly made by Maria and her co-worker. 

This infuriated everyone. Due to the pressure, Maria was suspended from the school and the principal announced that further action would be taken after the investigation completes. This made the co-workers happy, especially the two teachers who had hatched the plan and made up fake messages. 

Maria was calm and never panicked which surprised almost everyone. She only said that she supports the investigation to be carried out and would completely cooperate with the same. She also said that she wants the truth to come out just like everyone else. This infuriated the two of her colleagues who had hatched the dirty plan. 

The students were heart-broken to see their favorite teacher suspended. However, the investigation was concluded and it was found that Maria was not involved in anything and the messages were faked. However, the principal wouldn't give up. He secretly continued the investigation which turned out to be real culprits who had created fake evidence in one of the school's computers. The CCTV cameras served as proof. Two of the teachers were finally expelled for their forgery and actions.

The patience shown by Maria was marvelous. She proved that patience is a virtue and being patient according to the situation would do her more good than harm. This doesn't mean that you should be patient in all situations. Practice the virtue of patience according to the situation.
