Why is patriotism important?

 Calvin wanted to join the military since his childhood as his father worked in the military. He was impressed on how fit his father was and was awe-struck from the stories his father told him about being in the military.

Calvin was very curious about it and used to ask his father about joining the military most of the time. As soon as his time came, he enrolled for physical training and passed all the tests. His determination helped him in joining the military. He felt that his life was thrilling and he was enjoying it. 

He didn’t feel patriotism in his younger days but as he was training to get enrolled in the military, he became more and more patriotic. He prepared himself to even die for the country by fighting with the enemies. 


After years of service and fighting wars, he happily retired and was proud of his services. He received veteran benefits and he was happy from the scars and healed injuries from the war back from his military days.

Patriotism is a feeling that everyone should have. Loving their own country is one of the most important quality one should possess.

  Hana was tired of staying with her father and she decided to move out of the house. Her plan was to find a house and stay in it far away from her father. She implemented the plan immediately. Jacob grew up in a torn down house with his parents. He lost his house and parents in a flash flood that jolted the entire nation. He was just 15 years old when such a shocking incident left him devastated.  He roamed around in the nearby town in search of a job, food and shelter.
