How to respect others? Importance of respecting people

 Celin was a polite and hard working employee who worked in a famous ad agency. Clara, her best friend, was just the opposite of her. She used to fake respect for others to just get her work done, may it be for better marks to professors or may it be with friends to get her things done. Clara was jealous of Celin as she was rich and had a great lifestyle unlike Clara. Clara be-friended Celin just to make use of her money and live life luxuriously by purchasing various branded items. As Celin was kind-hearted, she used to give money to Clara whenever she demanded.

Clara thought that Celin worked in the ad agency only for time pass or to date others. Celin told Clara how she could try applying for jobs in her field of interest but Clara was not at all interested in working. Her aim was to be single for the time-being and enjoy her life using the money Celin gave her.

Once Clara and Celin were out shopping. Celin had stepped out of the store after shopping. She failed to notice a mud puddle in front of her. A vehicle passed and splashed mud over Celin. Clara immediately jumped behind Celin. Clara started laughing uncontrollably as if she was mocking Celin. “Lol, that was so funny! haha… I would like to congratulate that car driver for doing such a thing to you. It was so entertaining…rofl…Celin felt hurt but kept quiet. As Celin was about to get into the car, Clara screamed, “Eww. no… don’t get in the car. You stink and look like an idiot! Get out! I don’t actually care…. Now step away.. Quick!” Clara closed the door of the car and sped away. Celin felt broken as she just saw the snake of a woman who had used her only for her money and luxuries. Clara’s dad owned the clothing store along with many other businesses and he saw everything that had happened outside. 

The next day, Clara walked into Celin’s house as if nothing had happened. Her dad stopped Clara and told her how insulting the incident was that took place the previous day. Claratried to put the blame on Celin but her dad sternly told how insulting she was towards his daughter and how she drove away Celin’s car as if it was her own. Celin’s dad decided to move legally against the actions of Clara so that she learns how to speak to everyone with respect.

Respecting others should be a basic thing to practice. People should learn to respect each and every individual. Not just you but everyone is important and deserves respect.
