How rudeness could affect people's lives?

Melissa was a spoiled child and was rude to everyone she met. Her father. Mr. Price, was rich and bought her whatever she asked for. He was an avid gambler and this bad habit of his affected his business heavily. Melissa had a bad attitude and soon decided that friends are not important to her as her father’s money could buy anything for her. She was unaware of her father’s diminishing wealth. She started treating all of her friends rudely and fought with them every time.

Sandra was her best friend and was kind -hearted. Her parents were rich too but she had a good upbringing which molded out her helpful and good personality. Melissa always knew that Sandra would never turn her back on her and help her out in any situation she is.

Melissa, just like she was with any of her friends, was very rude towards Sandra. Even then, Sandra ignored all such rudeness and was happy to hang out with Melissa. One day, everything blew out. While Melissa and Sandra were out having their lunch, the waiter accidentally spilled the tray with food on Melissa. She became very angry and slapped the waiter. She made a huge fuss and even insulted the manager who had interfered in the issue. Sandra tried to stop her but eventually Melissa shoved Sandra while speaking rudely to her as well. Unfortunately, Sandra hit her head on the floor with a force and fell unconscious. Melissa just ignored Sandra and walked away.

Thankfully, the manager and other employees were able to call an ambulance and take Sandra to hospital. She was fighting for her life as she had a serious brain injury and internal bleeding with a swollen brain. She was in a coma and an urgent life-saving operation was the only way to save her life.

Sandra’s father, Mr. Goodman was shocked to hear this news. As Sandra was undergoing the life-saving surgery, he reached out to Mr. Price to find out his reaction to the whole situation. Mr. Price was least bothered and had his interests only in gambling and making more money apparently.

Mr. Goodman decided to sue Melissa for physical injury and mental abuse. The restaurant also decided to take action against Melissa who was rude towards their staff members. It was easy to obtain the proof as the restaurant had cameras with audio recording in it. Melissa turned to her dad and was confident that they could solve everything by throwing away some money. However, that was not the case. Melissa begged Mr. Goodman to retract the legal suit when she realized that her father was almost bankrupt. However, Mr. Goodman showed no remorse and was unable to forgive her for the harm she did to his daughter who was fighting for life. Mr. Price was forced to pay back a huge sum to Mr. Goodman and the restaurant. He had to declare bankruptcy.

This is how rudeness would affect people. It's a bad thing to be rude towards other people. We should treat every individual with respect, no matter the caste, color or job they do.

In short, If you have made the bed, you should lie on it. You reap what you sow.

Have a great day and stay strong :)
