Kyle had a rotten attitude and was rude to every employee other than his own boss. Other employees called Kyle a “wannabe pet” of the boss, Mr. Goodacre. Kyle got hired to the company as soon as he completed his education. He has been working in the company since many years but he used to play “double standards” when in front of the CEO.

“All of this is wrong. Redo the entire project report urgently and submit it before the end of the day. If you fail to submit the report, consider you as fired from the job. Never think of coming back to the office tomorrow. I don't care if it takes you the entire night to complete the report. Now, GET OUT!!!” screamed Kyle at the employee and threw the project report papers on to his face. The employee, Max, was a well- experienced person who works sincerely. All the employees loved Max as he was friendly, helpful and stood up for other employees.
This specific characteristic in Max pissed off Kyle. Kyle had thus hatched a plan on dumping up a project work on Max and to purposefully fire him as he is much popular and respected among all the employees.
Soon, the CEO, Mr. Goodacre heard about all of this from the complaints of the other employees. He walked into Kyle’s cubicle on the same day and fired him. Kyle tried to act innocent and downplay everything. He tried to show that Max was at fault and not him. However, Mr. Goodacre fired Kyle by asking him on what grounds he had the right to fire Max without even consulting with the HR. Kyle was also rude towards the other employees and Mr. Goodacre had received various complaints regarding the same.

Being rude to others would only show you in a bad light. Rudeness, in any form, cannot help you in the long run. Respect each person for who they are and what they have achieved. Everyone has their own struggles in life to fight for. No one has the right to look down on anyone.
