How to tackle people with disturbing behavior? Never be a public nuisance!

 Chapman never bothered about others and was selfish in all his deeds. He was just a university student who was staying in a rented apartment as he hated dorms. His parents gave him whatever he demanded. In short he was a spoilt boy.

His favorite pastime was to blare loud music on speakers and dance for the beats. However, this particular pastime was not a favorite among other people in the apartment complex. They requested him not to play loud music as there were kids and old people in the apartment who found it disturbing. Even after the management of the building warned him, he ignored all their heedings. 

He was soon evicted from the apartment without any further notice. However, the eviction process became tough as he argued that he did nothing wrong. The cops had to force him out of the apartment and he was asked to pay a hefty sum to the management of the apartment for causing emotional disturbance to the people who lived there.

Being disturbed or becoming the cause of disturbance takes a toll on the people. It can not just be noise pollution but also shouting, screaming, fighting or honking wherever it is not allowed. A model citizen should also keep in mind the interests of other  people and never become the cause of any physical, mental or emotional harm.

Jacob grew up in a torn down house with his parents. He lost his house and parents in a flash flood that jolted the entire nation.
