How decision making turns out to be an important skill?

Darian was an impressive man just because he had an excellent skill of making the right decisions at the right time. He used to complete the projects successfully but some of the employees in the company were jealous of his achievements.

One of the employees in the company, Thompson was hell-bent on bringing doom to Darian and seeing him get fired. Darian had planned well for the upcoming conference and Thompson was also attending the same. However, Thompson always tried to interrupt Darian whenever he began speaking and sharing his opinion. Their boss was furious with Thompson and had to kick him out of the conference in the middle of it.

This is an example of what happens when someone is jealous of another person's skills and tries to outshine them. Decision making is an important aspect in everyone’s life. Certain decisions we make could be good while some could be bad. Whatever decision we make, we should tackle the consequences or result of the decision, whether it is good or bad.

Jacob grew up in a torn down house with his parents. He lost his house and parents in a flash flood that jolted the entire nation. He was just 15 years old when such a shocking incident left him devastated.  He roamed around in the nearby town in search of a job, food and shelter.
