Motivating Short Stories

 Mia closed the browser and flipped the lid of her laptop. She was thinking about what her future would be as she failed to get through the University. She wished to serve people since childhood and had thus decided to become a doctor.  _________________________________________________________________________________ "How did it go dear? Did you get through the University?" Mia's mom walked into her room with a curious look on her face. Mia burst into tears  and said, "I.. I am sorry mom... I... I was unable to get through the University.... I have lost all hope..."  "Don't worry my dear... So what if you were unable to get into this University? There are many universities in and around the state. You could apply to other universities. Never give up on hope." told her mother to calm her down. "But...but what if I fail to get into those universities? All the hard work I put through would become pointless!" told Mia as she was sobbing.  ...

 Liam and Ian were good friends. Their friendship went way back from middle school. Liam had a positive outlook in life and seem to be happier in life.
